At Buttercup, we want you to love your new style, so if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your portal confirmation.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
